He honed his craft under the watchful eye of his father, learning to build homes with solid foundations and a steadfast rule: “do the job right, or don’t do it at all.” In 1979, at just 22, Doug’s passion for architecture and meticulous attention to detail led him to establish our company.

These days, Doug has stepped off the ladder to focus on mentoring his team, imparting his wealth of knowledge and experience. He takes great pride in guiding the next generation of craftsmen. Beyond his professional life, Doug cherishes being “Poppop” to his wonderful grandchildren, a dedicated father to his two sons, and a devoted husband of over 40 years. His family values and work ethic continue to inspire and drive the essence of our business.

Like his father and grandfather before him, Todd has been immersed in the construction trade for as long as he can remember. His journey began with sweeping floors during summer breaks from school, evolving into his current role as Vice President and Sales Director of D. L. Gibson Enterprises. This path has not only honed his professional skills but also deepened his commitment to the strong family values at the core of our business.

Marrying in 2017, Todd’s personal life blossomed with new responsibilities. Embracing fatherhood with immense pride, he has seamlessly integrated these roles into his life, further enriching his perspective and approach to business.

A passionate sports enthusiast and a two-time All-American collegiate athlete, Todd believes in the power of teamwork. This ethos is reflected in his leadership style, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within our family-run business. Todd’s blend of professional acumen and personal dedication plays a pivotal role in upholding the legacy of Douglas L. Gibson Enterprises.

As the Uncle to Todd and Brother-in-Law to Doug, Glenn joined Douglas L. Gibson Enterprises with a deep appreciation for the company’s strong family values. His transition from a 25-year career in the restaurant and catering service industry to our team has been seamless, thanks to his profound understanding of customer advocacy and satisfaction.

Glenn’s expertise in ensuring a delightful customer experience is a cornerstone of his approach to every project. His ability to listen to and understand the client’s needs makes him an invaluable member of our sales team.

Outside of work, Glenn is a devoted family man. He cherishes spending time with his grandchildren and makes it a point to be present for family occasions, big or small. His enthusiastic spirit and “happy-go-lucky” mentality are not just a source of joy for his family but also an infectious and uplifting presence within our team.

Mike Weasner, our longest-tenured employee, has been an integral part of Douglas L. Gibson Enterprises since its early days. Joining as a high school senior from a local Vocational Technology School, Mike has witnessed and contributed to the growth and success of our company over his remarkable 30+ year tenure.

Having been involved in nearly every project under the D. L. Gibson Enterprises banner, Mike’s reliability, loyalty, and gentlemanly conduct set the standard for excellence. He embodies the principle of doing each job the right way, utilizing his vast skills to ensure impeccable results.
